As You Like It

Water Works Theatre: Starr Jaycee Park: August 1st - 9th, 2015

In early August I will have the opportunity to work with the folks at Water Works Theatre for the first time in their production of As You Like It. I will be playing the roles of Le Beau and William. Can't wait to meet some new friends and work again with the wonderful and talented Taylor Morrow, an old WSU chum.

The Importance of Being Ernest

Slipstream Theatre Initiative: June 14th - July 7th, 2015

Only one more weekend to see Slipstream Theatre Initiative's all male production of the Importance of Being Ernest! Don't miss out on this care free, slapstick interpretation of Oscar Wilde's classic play and a chance to see me play in the role of Miss Prism.

PrideSource Photo Shoot

Detroit: Spring 2015

What a privilege to work with the wonderful folks at PrideSource! Dale Dorlin and I got to pose for a short photo shoot in downtown Detroit, and they liked us so much they put us on the cover. This is a great publication that supports the local LGBTQ community.

Detroit Showcase

Studio Theatre: 13 April 2015

Last week several of my fellow graduating undergrads and graduate students performed on the Studio Theatre stage, to what many have said was the largest attended and best WSU Actor Showcase in awhile. Already, myself and several of my friends have received employment opportunities from local professional theatre companies. Thank you Detroit for such a warm reception!

New York Showcase

777 Theatre: 16 March 2015

Last month saw Spring Break in the Big Apple and WSU's NYC Actor Showcase. It was an opportunity to display our school's talent to some of the many agents and casting directors in NYC, and personally for me, it was an opportunity to spend time with my wonderful sister.

We were well received by both alumni and talent scouts. My fellow actors really showed up, and made WSU proud. I learned so much and would not trade the experience for anything. Thank you to our amazing showcase advisor Ingrid Sonnichsen for believing in my talent and convincing me to go, and thank you Andrew Papa, our hardworking coach, for your skillfull and tireless work!
